Just send an image of your damaged product to warranty@picnictime.com and we will work hard to get you back to enjoying your quality time with friends and family.

Exclusions: Picnic Time will cover the cost of shipping replacements within the US only. The guarantee does not cover products that have been used for unintended purposes, neglected, or are damaged through willful or accidental destruction.
Since this guarantee is for life, product models will change and Picnic Time reserves the right to replace defective items with comparable items from our current line.
